| Albert Gerry Position: President & Director Mr. Gerry earned an Environmental Studies Degree and Masters of Architecture Degree from the University of Manitoba graduating in 1972. Mr. Gerry practiced architecture for twenty years and established and ran his own firm in 1977 to 1993. During the practice Mr. Gerry took a control position in a publicly trading companying and has been serving as director, president and managing CEO for AKA Ventures Inc. (formerly known as Zappa Resources Ltd.) since 1987. AKA Ventures Inc. over the past twenty years participated in exploration and development of resources opportunities in Canada, Ecuador, California, Nevada, and Tunisia Africa. Mr. Gerry gained intimate knowledge, and contacts throughout the venture capital, and resource sector. | |
| Lewis Dillman Position: Chief Financial Officer & Director Mr. Dillman holds a Masters Degree in International Affairs, from Columbia University of New York, specializing in international banking and finance. Mr. Dillman has extensive contacts in the resource and venture capital sectors and is presently President and CEO of Dillman Oil Properties as well as President of Abenteuer Resources Corporation. | |
| Wayne Koshman Position: Director Mr. Koshman has a broad capital market background in both private and public financings, has 15+ years of international business development experience in China, Japan and Central Asia. Mr. Koshman founded a number of public and private energy and mining enterprises including Pure Silver Mining, Dynasty Gold, Georgia Ventures, Terrawest Energy and Voyageur Oil and Gas Corp. Mr. Koshman holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. | |
| Jamie Lewin Position: Corporate Secretary & Controller Mr. Lewin has more than 18 years experience in accounting and finance for private and public companies. They range from brokerage and investment through to manufacturing, distribution, resources, insurance and service. Operations have been both domestic and international. Previous management positions include: CFO, Finance Manager and Controller. He is a professional accountant who also holds a MBA (City U), with specialization in financial management, as well as a Certification in Public Company Administration (SFU). | |
| Francis Ling Position: Director Mr. Ling brings over 25 years of experience as both a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and veteran of the Canadian Banking Industry to the Company. For the past six years Mr. Ling has been a Chief Financial Officer and prior to that he spent more than 20 years with various major Canadian chartered banks, holding senior positions in commercial and corporate banking. Mr. Ling holds Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration degrees, along with a Fellowship in the Institute of the Canadian Bankers' Association. Mr. Ling has many years of experience serving as a director of both private and public companies. |
