Quebec Lithium Project:

The Lacorne Property is located in the heart of the southern portion of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt in Quebec, 100 km NE of the mining town of Rouyn-Noranda, 45 km N of Val-d'Or and 50 km NE of Malartic. The Project consists of 3 separate claim blocks: the Valley claims, the Lacorne claims and the Baillarge Lake claims, each of which is host to significant Lithium (Li2O) mineralization as well as other High Technology Metals ("HTMs").

Lithium Project Claim Blocks

(1) The Valley Claim Block consists of 17 claims over 703.8 hectares in the Lacorne and Fiedmont Townships and hosts lithium mineralization discovered in 1956 and was termed Valley Lithium Showing (MRNFQ Showing 32C/05-0022), just after the start-up of the adjacent Quebec Lithium Deposit in 1955. The spodumene-rich pegmatites yielded up to 1.38% Li over 4.88 m (DDH#12, as reported in MRNFQ MB 89-29).

(2) The Baillarge Claim Block consists of 12 claims over 511.5 hectares in the Lacorne Township, and hosts the Lac Baillarge East Lithium Showing uncovered in 1955 (MRNFQ Showing 32C/05-0035). Three separate mineralized pegmatites were historically identified, all crosscutting the Batholith and adjacent sediments. The pegmatites contain spodumene, beryl (a beryllium aluminum silicate), molybdenite (a silvery molybdenum sulphide), columbite-tantalite (a niobium-tantalum iron-manganese oxide) and holmquistite (a lithium magnesium aluminum silicate). Historic drilling intersected up to 2.48% Li2O over 2.30 m (as reported in MRNFQ MB 89-29).

(3) The Lacorne Claim Block consists of 5 claims over 245.1 hectares in the Lamotte Township, and hosts at least 8 spodumene-rich pegmatites uncovered in three closely-spaced sectors, termed the Lacorne Lithium Showing (MRNFQ Showing 32D/08-0028). Disseminated large spodumene crystals are associated with metric wide grey quartz stockworks that run parallel to the pegmatites. The spodumene represents up to 40% of the vein material. Grades in historic drill holes by Lacorne Lithium Mines yielded up to 0.83% Li2O over 4.0 m (DDH-L3 of the southern sector); whereas continuous channel samples gave 0.90% Li2O over 2.7 m (sample of the northern sector); 1.19% Li2O over 9.0 m (northern sector channel sample); 1.29% Li2O over 13.5 m (southern sector channel sample) in a series of outcrops over a 160 m length. Some 20 drill holes and a few trenches were completed in the southeast sector. The average lithium grade of the pegmatite dykes is 0.38% Li2O for 6.0% spodumene content. Some 16 drillholes were completed in the southwest sector. The average grade is between 0.25% and 0.50% Li2O (MRNFQ GM 03924-A, GM03924-B).

Exploration Program

The Company has initiated a 3-part exploration program consisting of (1) a detailed compilation-synthesis of the historical exploration work on the Lithium Project which will be followed by (2) an airborne geophysical (magnetic, electromagnetic and radiometric) survey to outline the major geological contacts and fracture zones where potential lithium bearing pegmatites can occur and (3) drilling to confirm/validate the surface findings and delineate continuity and grade of the lithium and potential HTMs mineralization, particularly between the past producing Quebec Lithium Deposit of Canada Lithium Corp (TSX.V: CLQ) and the Valley Lithium Occurrence, covering a 1 km strike length on the Valley Claim.
